Robin plus Erik

When Robin and Erik told me the area around their house looks like a campground, I was pretty excited to drive out there for their engagement session. We had a good time, too. I especially love the challenge of a couple who does not think they are photogenic... my goal when shooting is to bring out a couple's real personality when they are together and separate... and I am so pleased with the images. Here are a few teasers from this quirky fun session:





I left some funny ones in there because Erik's crazy side is just hilarious to watch.




I enjoy talking with Robin and Erik. She's the type of thoughtful person who is able to speak words of life into the world. He's a maker, the kind of person who can do anything with his hands. She crafts words, he crafts things. A beautiful combination.

my favorite has got to be the one of you kissing leoster and the look of "hey!!!!" that erik has on his face. truly priceless.

I'm glad we didn't just do a bunch of smiley photos with you two!
